Dear Parents and Guardians,
This week we held a series of online meetings about our residential trips which are coming up in November. We have a fantastic set of opportunities for children to learn outside of the classroom. Whilst in Upper School there is a lower cost non-residential option, we feel that the residential option is what really gives students the opportunity to develop independence and push themselves in a range of challenging outdoor activities that they usually wouldn't get to experience.
We had two fantastic community events this week, firstly with our parents vs teachers basketball match and then with a very well attended coffee morning. The atmosphere at the coffee morning was positive and it was fantastic to hear from parents both old and new about how their children are settling in to the school. These informal opportunities are a great way for parents to meet new friends and also to raise anything they wish to discuss with the senior leadership team.
